    The Challenge

    Sendouts was a leading Software as a Service (SaaS) provider for the recruiting industry on the move. Its user base had been growing steadily, year over year. However, its brand and positioning was lagging far behind the energy of its leadership and vibrancy of its employees. Sendouts needed clarity and direction in establishing a brand and marketing strategy that both reflected its culture and led to measurable results. In addition, Sendouts had no PR strategy that engaged the recruiting community.

    The Response

    We analyzed the company’s core cultural values, competitive landscape and market differentiation. Based on those results we revitalized the Sendouts brand, establishing a new look and feel for all of its marketing materials, and created more concise messaging for its product lines. We established a marketing plan and strategy that was closely integrated with the sales cycle. We developed event marketing, search engine optimization, pay-per-click campaigns, direct mail and webinars, all working seamlessly with the same brand message. We rounded out Sendouts marketing strategy with a PR campaign that focused on industry bylined articles, product launch announcements, and new media blog influencers.

    Sendouts has established one of the most recognized brands in the industry and has consistent expanded its base of users. We created a solid marketing foundation for Sendouts, enabling the software company to focus on re-architecting its technology for the next generation of recruiters.
